How to prepare

Half a teaspoon of turmeric, and it can be replaced with mixed pepper.

How to prepare
Put the white flour, instant yeast, dry milk, sugar, bread improver, salt and turmeric in a bowl and mix all the ingredients well.
Add vegetable oil, tomato paste, and hot water to the mixture, and knead all ingredients until a soft dough is formed.
We put the dough in a sealed container, and leave it for at least an hour, until it ferments, rests, and doubles in size.
Roll out the dough and cut it into circles or triangles.
We stuff the pieces with cheese, and it is possible to leave them without stuffing.
Brush the face of each piece with an egg, then sprinkle the black seeds on top, and it can be replaced with sesame or grated Romano cheese.
