Broasted chicken is a fast food that consists of chicken pieces, to which several types of spices are added, and it is specially cooked and fried until it becomes crispy, and it is served with french fries, garlic sauce, in addition to ketchup and mayonnaise, and it is possible to add hot sauce according to the person’s desire 


A wide range of restaurants offer this meal, due to its wide popularity in many countries, such as: Latin America, Middle Eastern countries, and South Asia, and the origin of this dish goes back to America.


You can prepare broasted chicken at home in the following way:

Cut the chicken into medium-sized pieces, along with the skin.


Wash the chicken well with flour, salt, and vinegar, then rinse it with water.


Pierce the chicken pieces several holes with a knife until they are ready for seasoning


Prepare the chicken marinade by mixing garlic, yogurt, cinnamon, spices, vinegar, lemon juice, curry, salt, chili, and coriander.


Put the chicken pieces in a large bowl, put the seasoning on them, and leave them for two hours in the refrigerator.


Dip the chicken pieces in the flour, then in the beaten eggs, then in the ground cinnamon

Fry chicken pieces in hot oil to get a golden color.
