How to prepare


Three hours before cooking, soak frozen shrimp in warm water, then drain.

Dip the shrimp in the flour again, then take it out and put it in the ice water, then take it out quickly and put it in the flour again.


In a deep frying pan, put the oil on a high heat until it gets hot, and as soon as you make sure that the oil temperature has become high, put the shrimp in it and make the fire on a medium degree.
Leave the shrimp until it acquires a golden colour, then remove it from the oil and place it on paper to dry from the oil.
Arrange shrimp on a serving plate, garnish with parsley leaves and lemon slices.
