We put another saucepan on the fire and add the oil to it to heat, then add the chopped onions and mashed garlic and stir them in the oil well until the chopped onions and garlic wither and become blond in color
Add the chopped tomatoes, chopped red pepper, tomato sauce, paprika, black pepper, salt and vinegar to the onions and garlic and stir them well, then cover the pot with a tightly closed lid and put it on a very quiet fire for at least fifteen minutes until the tomato sauce has a thick consistency
We put the spaghetti that was boiled while hot in the serving dish, then put the tomato sauce and distribute it well
