How to make a spanish omelette
Steam potatoes and carrots until soft. Then put it aside. In a large bowl, beat the eggs well with the milk and a pinch of salt and pepper. Add potatoes, carrots, onions, cheese and parsley and mix well. Add one tablespoon of olive oil to the pan. When the oil is hot, add the vegetable and egg mixture and cook for 5-8 minutes or until the edges are golden brown. Scrape the omelette with a knife around the edges before flipping it over onto a plate.
